Sindhu believes healing begins in safe, validating relationships. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in transparency and mutual respect. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique cultural context, identities, and environment—focusing not only on life outside therapy, but also the therapeutic relationship itself.
Her clinical experience spans inpatient hospitals, university counseling centers, adult residential programs, and private practice. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan and is particularly passionate about supporting members of the South Asian community, individuals with marginalized identities, international students, early career professionals, and those new to therapy. She also brings experience working with professionals in medicine, tech, and women and non-binary individuals navigating male-dominated industries.
