Kelsey Dunn

Kelsey Dunn

Therapist

Kelsey is a compassionate and warm therapist experienced in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and body image distress.

She earned her Master of Education in Professional Counseling from the University of Georgia (go Dawgs!), where she provided mental health care to teens and college students and DBT skills training to incarcerated adults.

Kelsey believes healing begins in a safe and validating environment and strives to offer deep compassion and understanding to those experiencing overwhelming and intense emotions. As a DBT-trained clinician, she is dedicated to helping clients develop the tools to understand and regulate their emotions, build meaningful relationships, reduce suffering, and create a life worth living. Kelsey approaches therapy with warmth, collaboration, and a balance of validation and skills-building.

Outside of her professional life, Kelsey finds joy in music, theatre, and dance and spends much of her time away from the office teaching weekend spin classes.

She believes deeply in the mind–body connection and the mental health benefits of joyful movement. Both professionally and personally, Kelsey is a passionate advocate for body neutrality, joyful movement, and the anti-diet culture movement.
