Mary Kate received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Birmingham Southern College and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. With both case management and counseling experience, Mary Kate is well placed to balance the emotional processing and the practical skill-building needed for everyday life. One of her natural strengths is that she enjoys implementing hands-on, innovative, and creative methods for teaching DBT skills to make groups not only beneficial but enjoyable for clients.
